My name is Melissa and a native texan myself. Born in Corpus Christi in 1968 and spent most of my days on padre isand. Though I now live in Oregon. I am currently writing a book on the legends and myths of south Texas.
I'm looking for people who wouldn't mind shareing with me their true ghost storys or ones they have heard of. ) from pirates ships and the treasures they carried to the Indians who where the first to claim padre island..

Tales of Corpus Christi and padre island are worthy to be shared and I have made it my career to write about these legendary people and the myths and ghost sightings of south Texas. I would appreciate any help you can give.... I have myself quite a few storys and have seen some amazing things. But my mission is to let the world know that in the south us texans have our own ghost and legends that are in itself a great part of our heritage and the history of our state.
