I live in Spring Branch TX, the house we live in was built in 2003, we built it and moved in. So you wouldn't think it was haunted but weird things have been happening ever since. Onetime my mom and little sister came home and heard a little girl saying ''mommy'', so my mom and sister thought it was me acting like a baby. So when I walk in at 8 pm from work they were shocked, they thought I had left. I told them I wasn't home. Sometimes we hear things slam upstairs but nothing has fallen, but it sounds like a heavy box falling. One time I was getting ready to go out so I was in the upstairs bathroom and my rat terrier was laying outside the bathroom when we heard someone coming up the stairs. I looked and my dog had it's ears high up, and was staring at the stairs so I looked and no one was there. But our stairs make a distinct sound when you walk on them.

Sometimes I hear people talking and I thing someone left a TV on but no TVs are on. One time I was in the kitchen and I saw an orange light go into my parents room and my sister said she saw that happen too on another occasion.

Sometimes when I'm home alone and my door is closed I can hear someone pacing outside my door like heavy steps and the floor creaks. I didn't know new houses could be haunted but something tells me it's the land. I know this subdivision use to be a ranch, what happened on this ranch who knows but I want to know more about Spring Branch. Submitted by Kelly
Comment by Jose: Big 370 acre ranch there. Slave owner, many abused slaves. OK well one slave escaped and killed most of his master's family. The master's brother caught the slave and tortured then burned all the slave's family.
