I have lived in Spring most of my life and have never experienced anything considered to be paranormal until the year 2009. My girlfriend and I moved in our new home. From the first day we felt uneasy but never gave it a second thought. After the first six months of living in the home and having continuous uneasy feelings, I started noticing shadow movement. At first, it was happening on an occasional basis, but then it progressed to almost a daily experience. I kept feeling like I was being watched. I would even check behind furniture, just to make sure I was alone. For the longest time, I would tell myself that it was either stress, or I was tired. I even started to think I needed to get my eyes checked. This went on for at least the first year of living there, but I never really gave it a lot of thought because I could not really explain it.
One night as I was going to bed I was lying in the dark, and I felt a hand gently lay across my chest. I knew it was not my girlfriend because I could feel her on the opposite side of me. I woke her up and told her about the experience, but she did not really believe me. Within the next week my son opened the bedroom door to tell us goodnight, and I saw a three foot shadow person walk in front of him and disappear in front of the TV. I told my girlfriend and son what I had just seen. I was starting to think I was losing my mind. A couple months after that event, I thought my girlfriend had got off the couch, walked up behind me, and leaned over to see what I was texting on my cell. I was completely focused on texting my message and was waiting for her to comment. I soon realized that she was still on the couch. I jumped back to see who was behind me, but there was nobody there. I began to tell her what I was experiencing. I expressed to her in advance that I do not believe in ghosts or paranormal stuff, but that was when I could feel someone in the corner of the living room watching me. We moved out shortly after, but I still have trouble grasping what happened in that house. I have never experienced anything like that again.

I owned a house in the Bridgestone subdivision in the early 2000s. When alone in the house I always felt uneasy, the feeling of being watched. Often times while watching TV in the living room I would see out of the corner of my eye movement from the front entranceway hallway, which is where the foyer and the stairs to the second floor were located. I would also have this happen from the kitchen as well. I always had a problem with being upstairs. I am a grown man but could not stand to be upstairs even in the daytime.
The climax of this event was one day when my toddler son and I were home by ourselves. I was watching TV, and he was playing on the carpet with some of his toys next to the couch I was sitting on. All of a sudden he got up and rushed to the couch and pulled himself up into my lap. Once there he would not take his eyes off the end of the above mentioned hallway. This was in broad daylight. What really freaked me out was that he began hissing, Like a cat would hiss. Then look at me, then back towards the hallway. My son could not speak very many words at that time, but I asked him what he saw. He then pointed towards the hallway and hissed, then would look back at me. As if this was not freaky enough, as I kept asking him what he saw he started tracking an unseen thing across the room and into the kitchen with his outstretched arm and finger, the whole time hissing like an alley cat. This day was the first time I had ever heard him make a hissing noise. I then got up and my son refused to set down, he also clung to me like his life was depending on it. I walked to the edge of the living room where it goes into the kitchen area and asked him if he saw anything. He would again point and hiss. If I tried to go into the kitchen, he would go nuts.
