Sam Fordyce Elem has weird sights of ghosts and shadows in the halls, in every restroom. The biggest one always has the door open, no one dares to enter.

Comment by Retired Police Officer: Retired from another agency not Sull City, but I backed up an LJISD PD OFC one late night. A man-face-black-slender dog with elongated body was seen. It stood on hind legs about 5 ft high, and it must have triggered alarm at east side building. It leaped 20 to 30 feet into brush with loud scream like child. Creepy as hell are the iguanas that lurk along the walls. True.

LDZ zero period, my friend and I were reading, suddenly we hear someone breathing in the restrooms. We freaked out, we were scared. My friend asked me if I had heard it too. Then when we were leaving zero period we saw someone at the very end of under the bleachers.

Sullivan City is a very eerie place. The things that really freak me out are the graveyards there... And Rosendo Benavides Elementary. I had my share of encounters in that school. A lot of things happened there...
When I was attending that school an administrator passed away in that same school... I think part of his spirit still lingers there... May he rest in peace...
