When I was younger and started my own family and I had applied for a an apartment at the Rincon. Before I start this happen about 10 years ago. When we first moved into apartment #17 it always felt like we were being watched.
When me and my wife would clean in different areas of the apartment I would hear her call me or she would say I was calling her when we weren't even calling each other. I would stop and go see what she wanted and she would tell

me I was just going to go see if you needed me because I heard you call me.
Then things started to get scarier. I will never forget one night we were

asleep and I was waken because I realized I kept feeling the blanket getting pulled down off the bed. I kept my eyes open to see if it was just me thinking that was happening and then it happen again while I was wide awake.
I was about to wake my wife up but she was already awake and very scared cause she had felt the same thing. One night we were going out and she left to pick up her friends and I stayed and I was watching TV when all of sudden I saw
