My husband and I live on 11th Avenue N. Our house was built in 1920, and we have always had a few strange things happening. Our beds are jostled and bumped. It feels as if a large dog is bumping up against the bad, but there's no one there. We're used to that, but what happened a few months ago convinced us that our house definitely has spirits that visit us often.
My husband and I were asleep, and at 5:00 am he woke up to hear two little girls playing on the floor of the bedroom. He said that they were playing jacks because he could hear them talking quietly about it. Then the older girl (by the sound of her voice) said ''watch this!'' and walked to my side of the bed and called ''mama, mama'' which woke me up. My husband patted me with one hand and said ''shhh,'' so I stayed still.

The little ghosts walked around to his side of the bed where he was lying on his side facing the window. They leaned down by his face and pushed the bed down on both sides of his face. He immediately shrieked and bolted straight up. He said that if he had met one of them eye to eye at about three inches he would have lost his mind. The little girls were gone in an instant, but we still hear them sometimes. I'll hear ''mama, mama'' late at night while I'm alone watching television in the living room. We try to ignore the little things and wonder if the little girls were involved in the explosion here in 1947.

Comment by Gr: Do you know if anyone was murdered at 19XX 41st Avenue. I heard William Park. Not sure when. By the way my cats act weird. I'm sure a ghost is in the house.

I broke my back and hip a few years ago, and sometimes my back hurts so badly that I sleep on the living room floor because it helps to straighten it out and stop hurting. One night a couple of months ago I went to sleep about 1:00 am, but at 4:30 am I heard my husband come into the room. He lifted up the comforter I was under, and he lay on the floor behind me and put an arm around me spooning. I could feel his weight and breath. Truth to tell I was irritated because he's never done this before, and his arm was very heavy, so there I was awake and noticing the television was on an old I love Lucy rerun I've seen a million times.
