We recently moved into a home in Tomball TX. The home is fairly new so why there is activity here is somewhat of a puzzlement to me and my family. We have witnessed a gray-white shadow that descends up the stairs.
Looks as if someone is peeking over the banister at you and will disappear up the stairs. We hear footsteps upstairs when no one is up there. Doors slam when no one is around. My animals will sit and stare up the stairway at seemingly nothing.
I was home alone one day last week all of a sudden my daughters bedroom door slammed with such force the wall shook. I had been up there a few minutes before and the door had been closed. If anyone has any iformation on the history of the land now called Cottage Grove subdivision it would be greatly appreciated.|

Comment by Susan: Your home could be and probably is built near or on sacred Indian burial ground and also there were wars fought.. Tomball is very haunted.. So it might not be the house but the land.
Comment by Anonymous: Susan, it's not a sacred Indian burial ground over there. But lots of history in that area. We lived in Sugarberry when it first opened. Lots of strange stuff. I remember when Cottage Grove was a beef farm and had been since at least the 1860s.
