My parents bought a house off of Carpenter Rd, it was very old turn out to be an old skl house but they had it torn down and had a new house built on the property. And there is a little girl that runs through the house and plays and my granddaughter talks and plays with her.
My parents claim to have seen her and my daughter that lives with them says that my granddaughter does talk and play with someone.

Late at night when everyone has settled down on scruggs st people have seen a little girl in the window of an old house. Sometimes you can hear children laughing in the same house. This house has not been occupied for years so where are the children coming from? Just walking by the house during the day will give you an eerie feeling.
