Well I'm from Van Horn, TX and nothing scary has happened to me. But my grandma lived in Valentine and when we would go visit for the holidays my cousin and a friend of hers were staying at grandmama's house, and we were talking and all of a sudden we hear someone running from the other rooms and run into the room we were staying in, and the thing went and sat in the chair I was sitting in.
In the morning my grandma went to turn on the heater and the

door was locked. She woke us up yelling at us to unlock the door. When we got up for breakfast she asked us why we had locked the door. We told her what

happened and she didn't believe us.

Well I have a ghost story. My house is haunted since the day I moved here. I got up one morning to fix breakfast, had a stuffed animal that if you pressed the hand it would sing. It was a teddy bear, it sang the Elvis Presley song ''I want to be your teddy bear''. Well, when I got up I was in the kitchen, it stared singing without stopping. I got scared, went to see but no one was pressing on the hand .
Well I just went back to the kitchen and it stopped singing when my son got up. Scary!.
