I pulled into the L.H. Hotel on Hwy 59 going towards Goliad. Right as I pulled in I noticed a black cat in the parking lot, I remember because I had to drive around it- it wouldn't budge. Me and my friend parked in front of the small building which resembles a child's playhouse- which I later found out is actually a small chapel.
Upon exiting my car there were two chain link hanging swings, one was in full motion and the other was still.

There was no wind, no one in sight, basically no explanation for the swing in full swing.
I froze, staring at this sight- my friend in the car noticed

as well and started to call for me to get back in the car but I was literally frozen. When I was able to look away I quickly got back in my car and drove away- once again circling around the cat still fixed in the parking lot.
