So I live in apartment 3508. The oldest building in the apartment complex. It looks as if it needs to be condemned but my roommates decided to take the place without my input due to the fact that I was fast asleep.
Ever since we moved into this apartment strange things have taken place. All 3 of us have seen a man in black in the kitchen. The lights dim without the help of any dimmer switch. It is not uncommon for the doors to any room in the place to open without the assistance of any person.
Faint muffled whispers can be heard in my room almost as if heard underwater. The other night I walked into the living room for a mid-night snack and saw my son talking to what appeared to be no one standing in the corner.

They say that children under 3 can see people who have passed so this worries me. Every night it seems that I have nightmares or wake up in a pool of sweat. I am so glad our lease is up next month.

My husband and I live in an apartment and on occasion my brother in law and nephew have stated seeing figures in the kitchen and my son's room. My brother also has stated that at around 4 am almost every night he stays here the front door handle jiggles.
