I live out in the northwest part of Parker County off Old Authon Rd. and Hwy 1885. There is not much out here at all. Frequently at around 4 am I will hear a drum roll in my northwest pasture. I have also heard what sounds like horses stampeding in the wee hours of the morning...
I only have a very few head of livestock and this noise comes from my front yard no livestock there. Several times I have heard conversation outside my east windows but can't make out what is being said.
