Does anyone know anything about that huge house on the corner of 2nd Street and Missouri next to a flower shop in Weslaco? I lived there for about 6 months. I was scared. We heard door slamming even though they were wide open, and my kids saw a dark shadow at the bottom of the stairway. When we first moved in I had a pair of rail boards for my bed standing up between two small walls that lead from the space of the stairway, and the dining room.
Around 3:00 a.m. my son and I heard a loud rail scratch sound like something fell.
We were alone because we had moved in alone in that huge 5-bedroom house until my husband and rest of kids and brother-in-law came from out of town. Those board were thrown all the way under the dining table, and the way they were standing before there was no way they could have slipped and fallen that way. They had to be literally thrown by someone.
I haven't found anything on that house. They have seen a shadow of a man crossing from the dining table to the beginning of the stairs, and it stops there. My son saw a man in the kitchen with a messed up face. We moved out after 6 months.

Comment by Deliver Us From Evil: Liz, I'm glad to read that you moved out. 3 am is called in some circles ''The Witching Hour.'' Jesus Christ died on the cross at 3 pm, and 3 am is the opposite, so it is a mockery in a sense, but He rose from the dead on the third day. Demons fear Jesus. 3 am is a very weird time where hostile ''activity'' can happen. There are plenty of other times when things happen ,but 3 am is indicative of unusual creepy occurrences. I'm glad you moved and pray all is well! Exorcist - Deliver Us From Evil email@example.com .
Comment by From Weslaco: My friend said he was visiting a buddy of his that lived nearby, and his friend was renting a house across from the flower shop. Can't remember exactly, but they both saw objects move and would hear doors slam throughout the day. Wonder if it's the same house.
