My dad still owns the house and said strange noises still happen.

In 2005 I rented a house on ave F. I have been trying to find out what happened in this old duplex built in 1925. It's now a single family home. Several strange things happened during my year lease. Three windows breaking for no reason.
Cabinet in first bathroom fell seconds after leaving with my little son. Strange feeling like a little girl and a older man (mean) watching us. Puppy would violently yelp and poop all over the first bathroom at night like it was scared.

Noises in attic. Oven door came off in my hand while I was baking. Back door fell when husband opened it. Children would run through the dining room. They said they were scared. I was sanding a table in the dining room and it blow up in my hand.

My husband had a flame shoot out at his face from the water heater. Husband seem to get possessed at times (dark eyes). Our relationship was very hostile that one year. Two cars broke down and one is still there.
White small child handprints high up in the closet in first bedroom. The day we moved out my little son age 4 said the man said we need to leave now! We did, never to return. The next renters asked the property management company if something was wrong with the house so the management company called me at my new place and asked if something strange happened there and I said yeah the ghost.
Is that what you are trying to find out about and she agreed. The house is on the market right now and is having a hard time selling. Seems to have changed hands frequently since 2000.
