Me and my friend were posting up one night on a back road we know as pepper road. A local ''chill spot'' for Bob Marley fans. We were sitting with the car off the windows down. It was a dead still night and while we were there in silence we hear a loud girl laughing.

The crazy part is that it sounded like it was in the distance on opposites sides of the car.... We left.

I had a startling discovery... Does anyone remember the Holt Hotel? Well they are currently finished remodeling but weren't done when I made the discovery. I noticed that they had brand new windows on every floor except the very top one.
