A good buddy of mine told me there was once a spirit woman or ghost woman that some people saw on an old double Lane highway between Wichita Falls and Iowa park. For the last twenty years there have been no more reports of seeing her. She had one artificial leg and she could be seen limping along the highway. I was just trying to figure out why the ghost woman is no longer seen. Can ghosts or spirits only haunt a certain spot for so many years and then just disappear? I'm just being curious about such things. Submitted by Anonymous
Comment by Anonymous: Yes if the spirit has found peace then they are more than likely to disappear.
