About a year ago my husband and myself rented a house on Kemp. Right next to the tax place. We were expecting our first child at the time. In the living room there was a painting that had been left behind.
It gave us the creeps but we never thought much of it until we started having weird dreams. The most vivid dream I remember was being outside with my dog going to see what my husband and a cousin were doing by the ''back yard'' (it was

very tiny) , and as I'm walking back there this woman with shoulder-length brown hair and a dead face was walking up like she was walking towards the

tax place but she gave me the coldest stare.
It woke me up, and to this day still gives me chills. I also remember two other instances. The first I woke up at around 2 that morning to pee and remember smelling the smell of cigarette smoke so strong.
Neither my husband nor I smoke, however the walls were yellowed so obviously someone who used to live there smoked. I thought this was very odd. Second, and this scared me so bad at the time; my
