If your having any paranormal experience you must get clean or go to a white magic witch store; they will most like give you holy water, and provide you with a prayer or magic chant or you can get ''limipo'' which means clean on Spanish to get rid of the demonic entity. It will most likely be more threatened and grow weak because you have a protected barrier.
To be able to banish out the spirit on your own and be able to protect yourself in the future because negativity is what it likes or feeds off of like a lot of fighting or altercations in your home. Maybe depression or someone in your home that is close to death.
All what you posted sounds bad, but what someone I know witnessed was worse. He was laying down in the middle of the night watching TV, his wife was asleep next to him and he left his window open because it was a nice breezy night. His shades where closed but the window was open, the TV is close to the window. So he's laying there and all of a sudden he sees his blinds open like your looking through the window to peep at someone and he saw red eyes and it flicked a couple of times doing that and after that he was scared and blessed his house. Whatever that was it wasn't human, didn't walk this earth as human but as a demon, and it was letting itself be known to him and was trying to come in his house. The only way a demonic entity will enter your home is if you invite it in or like I said negative energy. If you just have paranormal stuff like footsteps, voices, they most likely died on the property and that's when you got to clean your house and add a protective barrier. I do white magic so that's like protective magic. I also study many other forms of magic that also protect. I worship God and all of the saints of the Catholic church. I see and hear things; my third eye is half open even when I was Young. When my relatives die they will come in my dreams. I live in Avondale, AZ also and by the cold water springs house going to there's a walk way in the back of the homes going over the bridge on Aqua Fria. I would walk there at night with my friends and one night I was walking down there I heard a young female's voice clear in my ear saying help me and that changed my life when I found out she had been murdered and her body was dumped there. I'm not a medium; I can see and hear ghosts perfectly but I never talked or came face to face with them. I stopped hearing and seeing ghosts when I blessed my house, but I like I said worship saints and I have an altar and offer them money, flowers, show my dedication, and they protect your home from evil spirits and also bless you.

Lived in Fieldcrest community just off of Avondale Boulevard right behind Fry's shopping center. Many nights I could hear sounds of people whispering and seeing figure's of someone standing in the doorway upstairs. We moved a few years after moving in.
