When I first moved in an apt. In Kingman I had been staying up late. One night I looked out the window and saw across the way to another building, there was a faceless young person with a baseball cap and dressed like a teenager just sitting on the stairs as if waiting for someone.
I looked out a different window as I could not understand why I could not see a face and it still was faceless, and I became spooked as it was staring my way!.

Here in Kinsman by the graveyard by Doughnut Depot every Halloween a soldier will stand in the middle of the street and come in the car as you drive by. I would have been scared if I hadn't been used to that kind of stuff.
