My son and I were fishing at the northern area of the lake when a small boat faded brown drove by and suddenly sunk. Then my boat nearly tipped and the tree behind us caught on fire and disappeared, this is the first time I've said anything but be careful. Submitted by Joey

I have lived in Lake Havasu City for 10 years now. I work at a fine dining restaurant cha bones just across from it is a local bar called the fire house use to be shooters. Everyone that had worked there states activity upstairs the bathroom door seems to burst open on it's own.

Many different stories but all have the same ending bathroom door burst open! The building is unoccupied and for sale it never can stay operating for what reason? Who really knows? Some say a construction worker had died while building was in the process of being built some think the original owner haunts it so no one will keep it operating.

If you look up at the large window in the back of the building you feel a cold shiver up your spine and goose bumps run all over your body you receive a feeling that something is in there and looking out at you.
No one wants to Park under that window at night the presents in that building is growing stronger right now what is it trying to say? When it was open and operating a few years back many people that were traveling through asked what that building was and if you went in where you coming back out? It's amazing that a building can throw off negative energy like that! More investigating needs to be done by professionals. If your ever in Lake Havasu City AZ stop by the building and feel for yourself! Location is right next to cha bones London bridge Rd. Submitted by Holly
