Comment by Ashgirl: Hey I live in Lake Havasu and was scrolling through these informational pages about hauntings here. Before I looked all this up I may have had a paranormal experience. I was scrolling through my phone and I'm home alone and all of a sudden I hear kids playing and laughing it sounded like it was coming from the next room from a TV, but that room doesn't have a TV.
So I opened the front door and the playing and children's laughter stopped and it's dark outside and no one was out there. Maybe it was just good timing and the neighbors children went inside. Or maybe it was a true paranormal experience.

Me and my friends just got done watching The Conjuring in the theatres, and I couldn't get enough scary so I wanted to go to the haunted house everyone was talking about that night but my friends didn't want to. My friend was the one who was driving so I had to convince her to take me, so finally she's like, ''alright, but only because it's your 17th birthday and I want you to have an unforgettable birthday. '' So we said bye to our other friends and I got in the car with a boy and my friend and we drove to the haunted house that everyone seems to be terrified of which is why I wanted to go.

When we parked up to the place, I looked up at the window we parked in front of and literally my hair started sticking up like there was a strong wind and I felt goosebumps on my arms. But I wasn't cold because there was no air conditioning in her car and right after I had a major hot flash and I got right out of the car and went in the building. I just went right in like it was like I was walking into someone's house or something.
The fact that it was Lake Havasu's haunted house didn't cross my mind. I went in to get air conditioning and it was cold in the building and my goosebumps were still on my arm. Then I realized that I wasn't at home, I was in a haunted house alone and my friends were outside in the car. Nothing even happened when I got in. I didn't believe that I was going to see anything or feel anything so I wasn't scared.
I thought the place looked abandoned so I wanted to take a look all around the place, I skipped down the stairs and I went straight up the stairs. I felt like I ran ten miles so I dragged my feet to the stairs making loud noise and I started laughing and then I yelled out, ''hey ghost, what's up?!'' and just started laughing like an idiot because I was so tired that someone might have thought I was drunk or high. I lifted my foot up and put my first foot on the step and started making stomping noises. I started dancing on the stairs. I don't know if you guys ever watched Shirley temple as a little kid but I was doing that stair dance that butler did with Shirley on the stairs.
