I have had a lot of sightings of what we so call ghost. But they are not. The soul of any person does not roam the earth after death. They are demons. If you tell them to go away in the name of Jesus Christ they do just that.

They go away. Since I was a small child they haunted me. They spoke to me I saw them they slammed doors in my face locked me in my own home where I could not leave the door would not open it was unlocked scared me enough that I called for help from God at which time the door flew open I was pulling on it so hard with my foot on the frame that when it released and opened it threw me backwards.

Since then I learned that the words go away in the name of Jesus Christ makes them go away. I have not had any issues since I started saying it. Even my children had issues till I learned how to make it stop.
