This is not exactly for Mayer but is for the somewhat close town of Cordes Lakes where I live. I have gone to Mayer schools my entire life and am still in high school at the given moment but Cordes Lakes is actually known to have vortexes that allow spirits to pass through. who had owned the house at one point died and had been in the house since. During my 7th birthday at the house I was getting ready to watch a movie in

my sister's room which was the attic or second floor of this house. When I had reached the top of the stairs I had seen an old man standing about 5 feet from the entrance looking at me to only disappear.
About a month after this sighting I was in my room with my brother just playing with a toy box we had emptied when suddenly my vision of the room I was in had changed suddenly. The room I was in had elongated and turned darker. Then at this same
