I was in the restroom at the hospital in Mesa Arizona and there was this noise that went ''eehhh'' like as if the door opened or like the voice of an old lady saying ''heyyyyyy''. And I asked if anyone was there and someone said ''hi there nice to meet you '' and I repeated louder ''is anyone there '' and the same voice but a little bit stronger answered '' yes yes I'm here''. I panicked so I looked under the stalls and nobody was there. I

I worked for Maricopa County Court Security from 2001 to 2010. One of our tasks was to check the panic alarm system in courthouses. Our schedule called for the Mesa superior court system to be checked after normal business hours.
My counter part at the Mesa Court House was making the rounds testing the panic alarms. He would push and reset the alarm, I would let him know if we had received the alarm and reset or not. He had his cell phone with him so we could communicate without having to get on the county radio system.
As my counter part was walking I could clearly hear his footsteps and any sounds made around or near him. Things were going routinely as we went through the 170 odd alarms. I listened as he inserted his keys into a locked door opened the door then entered a room.
