girl was quite sure that I could see her. She jumped down from the foot of my bed, scrunched down towards the floor, almost with her hands dragging the floor, and ran towards the wall and then vanished into nothingness.
Time had passed, and I would only get little glimpses of the ghost kids. I saw a little boy a few times that I came to refer to as little tinker-boy because every time that I would see him he would be tinkering with something.

One time I woke up and opened my eyes to see little tinker-boy behind the chair next to my bed. He was tinkering away at the phone-jack there that never

did work.
The heater in my bathroom wasn't working either, yet, one day, early in the morning, in the month of July. Little Tinker-boy fixed it. The heater turned on all by its self, and try as I did, I could not get it to turn back off. The manager of the Pinetop Lodge had to come into my room, after turning off the electricity, and take the heater right out of the wall and put it into storage! Finally!
