I have never seen a ghost. In the early 1980s there was a man named Walt, and I was friends with his son Walt Jr. They had a desert ranch home in Surprise. At this house there was a ghost of a man in khaki ranch hand clothes with a brim hat. Many of Walt's friends saw this ghost. Some people never visited him after seeing the ghost. Walt told me he did not know why the ghost haunted his house. He thought that maybe the house was built over a grave, or maybe the man died near or in the house. The ghost never did anything physical or made noises or moved items. It just walked around the house outside the property or looked like it was working. Walt died in the late 1980s. With all the homes built in the area I'm sure the ranch was bulldozed and new homes built in its place. The ghost probably still haunts the location.

I used to live on Melissa Way in Kingswood Parke. I had a visitation of a man standing at the end of my bed. I sat up and observed that Frasier was on my TV, but the man continued to stare at me. Eventually he slowly disappeared. He didn't smile or say anything just stared. I've never had this before and don't particularly have an active dream life.

Comment by A: I live near Melissa near Honeysuckle in Kingswood Park. I have also experienced seeing a man upstairs in my home though he was clearly not human, and he also just disappeared.
