I lived off of Camino De Oeste as well on the west side behind the Circle K, if still there (south east. ) We moved from CA and moved into a 2-story home. This house was haunted. I saw a full blown apparition of a child around seven or eight years old upon awaking from sleep standing at the corner of my bed. He was a little boy with blonde hair and was wearing what seemed like pioneer clothing. It seemed like a linen or muslin long dress as a pajama.

He seemed so real; I didn't realize he was a spirit.
It was monsoon season. From the look on his face it appeared he was scared of the lightning

and thunder. Freaking out as to how this kid got in my house, I reached for him and summoned him to come near. Upon my reaching out, the spirit disappeared, which instantly sent me into panic mode in which I kept telling myself as if to calm myself that I was dreaming.
As a kid growing up there, I saw a dark shadow entering my room at night. He had a cloak and a wide brimmed hat. I'd hear him climb the stairs and make his way to my bedroom. He would
