and I were sitting on the couch watching TV. I looked up and to my right and there was what looked like smoke. I turned to her and asked her if she was

smoking (I knew she was not. We did not smoke in the house). She said ''no why? ''.
I said because I just saw... And she said ''there it is!!! ''. It had moved from right to left and down near my feet. Then it just disappeared. It seems as though this thing had followed us. Thank god I have not seen it since. Nor anything else. This whole thing has really messed with me. I think about it all the time. My roommate and I both went to a therapist twice
