Nice spectral sighting. Benson Highway was the highway people took to travel to Phoenix before the interstates came in. It was ''services'' driven for food and lodging. My father was killed at Benson Highway and Palo Verde.
I have seen him there. I think because it was such a popular travelers location/lots of motel deaths and accidents I would guess there may be lots of haunting discoveries to be made in the area.

I live in Catalina, AZ and in this area several times I experienced paranormal activities. One of them was around 4 am in Starboard and Twin Lakes, a lady in white was walking and her foot not touching the ground like floating.

I was driving at around 12 am down Benson Hwy. I turned north on Country Club which is divided by a median to separate the traffic going south and north. About a yard after turning there is a trailer park. I was passing the trailer park and came upon a Hispanic family holding hands in a line in the middle of the street. They weren't moving. They were just standing there holding hands wearing pajamas. They were just staring at me. I slowed down and stopped and waited for them to move. They broke the line in the middle and slowly moved out of the way on both sides of the street to let me pass.
