My husband and I rented a home in Waddell in September of 2015 to March of 2017 near the corners of Perryvale and Olive. I should start saying that before we had found this home we had been looking for a rental with our real estate agent for about five weeks, and nothing was what we wanted or what we could afford, so we were beyond frustrated.
Every morning I would go through Zillow and copy house sale numbers and pass them onto our agent. I remember

a few times that I kept seeing a property that seemed to have a lot of light, and I noticed orbs in the pictures. I felt that was a great omen, but every

time I asked to see that listing she would tell me that it was already rented and that she didn't know why it was still showing available.
Fast forward two more weeks of nothing, and our agent called us out to Waddell to see a home. My husband, our youngest daughter, and I came with to see it. When we got to the home and walked up to the front door she was in disbelief that there was no way to show us the property since the lock box was completely
