Williams is a strange little area. Trust me. Did you know one of the local ball fields is on top of a Chinese burial ground? I grew up here. Trust me; there are spirits here. Don't believe it; walk the streets at night. Also ask the locals about how many kids have died on South Road.

I've lived in Williams for 9 years. We owned a restaurant. One night around 12-1 in the morning we had closed the restaurant, and we drove up the mountain. We passed by an old school. On the first three windows I saw a young man with a white robe. He walked passed the first then second window. In the middle of the third he stopped and stared . I screamed and my sister had seen it too . It had disappeared during the third window.

While sitting in a diner many people have claimed to have looked out the window and seen a man in an all black robe who then suddenly vanished before their eyes. Many have claimed to later see the same man in their hotels on the following Sunday night.
