I grew up in Black Forest by Black Forest and Tobin Roads, down the road from the old witch doctor's place. This is definitely a haunted area. We would often hear a strange moaning if we were outside at night, and our lights would turn on and off. Once when I was about ten I was chased by a dog. I managed to get away by climbing a tree, and when I looked down he was gone. I was about ten feet up, so I could see all around pretty well. He was just gone. No one believed me, but I swear it happened. There were a lot of other strange things going on out there.

Today I saw a full apparition of a woman. Just off of Institute St. I was taking my trash out and heard a voice saying ''hey'' or''aye''.. I turned around and there's a woman wearing vintage black funeral clothes..
