I went to Cortez Colorado with my grandma and gramps. We had three dollars for three iced creams, and it was real heat out. We went into the parlor, and we saw a man pass through a painting of a forestry tree. He was about seven foot tall, and I know this because I studied architecture and people science anatomy in school. This was very scary.

I recently moved to Cortez, CO. I am renting a home that was built in 1939. One night I was kneeling at the foot of my bed. Something whisked by me, and I felt it to the point that I jumped and was startled. Sometime after that, my dog was in my room on the foot of my bed. She was facing the closet barking, and her hair on her back was raised. I thought this was odd and started thinking maybe something is here. I got an app that has EVP and EMF. I have used it numerous times. Words that were picked up on were recorded. Often times these words when put together didn't really mean much. On one occasion I was going through the house I entered the kitchen and could see something and the light on the screen turned red which meant full encounter. The words changed to Hit, Hurt, Sister, Breathe, Building and when I got to the doorway of the washing room it said stop. Freaky right? It gets freakier.

Another time the words spoken were find, hole, European, people, here, scared, we're fighting! After these three encounters I was convinced. Since then for four nights I have woken around the same time each night. The first time I saw something at the foot of my bed which was ghost like I thought it was my imagination. The next night something was by my bed in front of the night stand. Again I brushed it off. The third night I woke up and something was by the right side of my bed. Now I know it's not just me being paranoid. Last night was the clearest yet. On the left side / end of the bed I could very clearly see the ghost with a face and body. It proceeded to approach me and went right past me through the wall at the head of my bed. I screamed. I was terrified! Funny that I've always believed in ghosts, orbs, and the like. But now that it is in my room. I am scared to death. Hope it is not an evil ghost.

One week I was babysitting for my friend. Every night I would put the horses into the stall with their name on it. The next day I would go to let them out, and the horses would be in different stalls. When my friend returned I told her about the occurrence. That night we set up a camera in the barn. In the morning we watched the tape. We saw an invisible force let the horses out and move them into a different stall. My friend moved the name tags to where the ghost moved the horses. The ghost left the horses alone after that.
