My parents live on Lincoln straight across from the city park and right next to Sheerwood Forest bike place. One night I was on the porch smoking and I looked over at Sheerwood because something caught my eye.
It was a bright green yellow light that seemed to just hover above, then slowly yet kind of quickly disappeared behind the trees then out of sight. I ran to show my mom but it was gone. It makes me totally ecstatic that someone else saw

the light in Sheerwood.
It affirms that what I saw was real.

I lived in plague .. Errr.. I mean Craig in 1999. I had an apartment west of town and I took my truck out one night with some friends on a tiny road north of my apartment complex.. We hung a hard left on a almost non existante road.
We drove for maybe 4-5 minutes and came to a small draw. There were a few willows growing.. But it was truly odd. I did not want to get out of my car. I guess it's called the ''pink well'' due to the color of the water..
It is a magenta or pink.. But I loomed in my headlights. A stone rimmed well. Flanked by stone. Stagnant water dyed pink by algae. And floating in the middle was a deer carcass. It had three very large cuts down it's side...
