Just south of Craig across the Yampa River west of loudy Simpson Park lies an old train bridge. Near that train bridge four friends and I witnessed a large black shadow larger than man or any animal including a bear running and splashing through stagnant water only 20 to 30 feet away from us in our direction (and we ran like hell) !!!! Since then then every one of us has had unexplainable and severe runs of bad luck oddly large numbers of loss of loved ones and extreme bouts of depression since then....

Both myself and the others have seen multiple black shadows around prior to bad events in our lives since then!! I would not recommend going there for fun.... Play with fire your going to get burnt!!.

Comment by Not: I have seen and heard about the same thing!! My friends and I were curious about it one night so we went there about ten or so at night and this huge dark shadow with wings jumped off the top of the bridge and chased us clear to the playground. I have seen it too and it's real.
