We rented a home on School Road years ago for a brief time. I feel certain it was haunted. I felt weird presence in there, and all kind of strange things happened. Downstairs in the laundry area was where we got the worst vibes. It felt like someone was in there and watching. A smothering feeling of anxiety came over us in that room. It was frightening. Upstairs we had lights turn off and on. The TV and stove would turn off at free will.
In fact when we were moving in and unpacking the stove turned on by itself. We had an electric can opener sitting on the stove for a few minutes as it was unpacked from a box, and it started to melt as the stove turned on on its own! There was our first clue something was off. That first night we slept in sleeping bags in the den since we didn't have our furniture set up yet. We felt cold pass through. We heard noises and thought we saw things move past in the dark. The dog was freaked out too if I recall.

We had the electric company come numerous times to check on why things were turning on themselves. They said they'd figure it out and not to worry, but they finally concluded ''the house is haunted.'' We can't find any reason why this is occurring. We moved out within a couple of months. I just wonder if the people who lived there after us had the same issues and what the heck may have happened in there to cause all the ''heaviness'' and odd activity.

We had just moved into Columbine Apartments, in the D building at the time. We lived on the second floor, and the room above us was being remodeled, and nothing was in there (no TV or anything. ) There was absolutely no one up there at night. We went for a drive one night. When came back and looked up at the window on the third floor at the apartment above what used to be ours, the light was flashing through the window of the apartment. It was as if a TV was on and running. We heard it from our room as if there were people up there, so we called the office.
