While I was a kid I would wake up in the night to a tall black figure standing in my closet doorway. I would immediately turn on the light and it would vanish. It only appears when I'm all alone. Late at night I was watching TV in my parents' room alone and the TV would have cuts in the picture and audio.

Then it would randomly shut off. The bathroom would creek and my mother's hair brush shot from the bathroom across the bed nearly hitting my head and hit and chipped the wall. I ran out to my neighbor's house.
Lately nothing too weird has happened except for the occasional sound of footsteps on my second floor.
