On August 7th of 2006 my husband and I were touring Colorado on the back of a motorcycle. Our ideal was to stay in all the haunted motels and hotels in Colorado. We had heard from a TV show that room number 118 of a certain hotel was haunted. When we checked into the hotel, we asked specifically for that room. Unfortunately, room 118 was already rented for the night. They offered us room 114, and so I stated that it was only four rooms down and that we

would take the room. We checked in and had a lovely dinner. Later upon returning to our room and got ready for bed, I remember telling my husband that

I was disappointed. I told him I was upset that room 118 was already rented out, but maybe we might have a visitor during the night. Little did I know the room that we stayed in was a small room. It had one queen canopy bed with a small TV at the end of the bed. There were two long large windows next to each side of the bed and with only about two and a half feet on each side of the bed with red brick walls.
