For the past 10-12 years there has been a woman that will look at me through windows or doors or any kind of glass. Between the hours of 11 pm-3 am. She has hollow eyes, a dark black veil covering her face and is in what looks like an old worn out 1800s mourning dress. It is also black.
It has sleeves as well I have never seen her face and have never had her be in the room with me. 13 1/2 Rd Loma Co.

I was looking outside when I saw something move. I waited a few seconds when it reappeared. It was white and wispy and I could see through it but maybe it was my imagination.
