My brother just moved into his house a few months ago when workers came and stayed there. All of them started experiencing odd night terrors when sleeping upstairs, so my mom had her friend clear the house. However, when my kids and I went to stay the night there a few days ago, they slept in the camper we had brought up there, and I slept upstairs.
In the middle of the night I woke up to a feeling of someone standing by me, and a man with darker

hair flopped to one side and a nose on the larger scale was standing across the room. I screamed, but it oddly didn't wake my brother up, and when I looked

around and then back, the ghost was gone. Afterwards I heard breathing upstairs, and my nephew who worked upstairs hears footsteps in one of the rooms all the time when no one is up there but him.

Yes, at the house that I live in there have been plenty of ghostly ''encounters.'' I believe I had only lived in this house for about a month at the time, and we have this very creepy cellar. My sister and her friend went down to explore the cellar, and so I tagged along. When we got down the steps there was this really weird hole in the side of the wall with a shovel that had the tip broken off of it. There was a spot where a door could have been leading to the other side of the cellar. We all went in there. My sister and her friend were using a phone for a flashlight, and they got to walk about a yard into the room before their flashlights turned off.
