Had a visit by a ghost one night in my home on 3rd Ave. , Ouray. About 1974. Came in the front door, walked up the stairs and went into the SE corner room, closing the door. Never came to visit again! Spooky, but not threatening. The house has since disappeared. Only a vacant lot left.
Two of my friends had ghosts. One who opened all the cupboards, and one who came home same time at night, went into the kitchen, got a glass of milk and then went

upstairs.

This is probably the scariest thing that has ever happened to me. I was with my best friend at his restaurant his family owns in Ouray Colorado. We all went into the basement there where were about six or seven of us.
The restaurant used to be a hotel so they hired a psychic to check out the house and see if there were any signs of ghost and sure enough one in the upstairs back rooms that still look like a hotel.
And me a Michael already knew that but what the psychic failed to tell us was there was another 1 in the basement and that this one is most likely the one who murdered the one upstairs. We were all in the pitch black basement when we saw a flash of white and a blackish grayish color and we all took off I was running faster than I ever had before and I tripped flat out tripped I felt something hit my leg but when I flipped on the lights nothing but flat cement.
