Were writing because Trinidad is filled with ghost. My mother grew up in Trinidad and lived off of Tillotson. The house is now abandoned and is owned by a family that keeps car parts there. It's a good thing the house holds card parts and not families. The house has three ghost and my mothers family lived there for about a good 18 to 20 years. Everyone in the family has stories, even my older cousins who had been in the house. I even have an experience there. The house holds three ghost, one we call Hurby. The men in my family swear that a woman would touch them and pull off their covers. Lights would go on and off, water would be running and they had a cold room. Now in paranormal society a cold room is well know but for my moms family it was nothing new. But they never spoke of it because they knew no one would believe. One night my grandmother ( bless her soul ) saw a woman sitting at her dining room table. Many family members say they saw a black shadow and even one of my cousins had seen the man. Only us children did the see the man.

These stories have been passed down for years and my family has always lived in Trinidad. One summer my mother took me and my sister to the house, we walked and she told us about the rooms and her childhood. We were getting ready to leave and my father was pulling up a Trinidad brick for my mom. Out of nowhere an older scary man was right next to the passenger window with a big knife. The man yelled at my mother and said he was the caretaker of this place and he was going to call the Sherriff. My mother recalls the way he said Sherriff was like old timers talk if you understand that. We put the brick back and started to leave, just as soon as he appeared he was gone, he just vanished. I still think this was Hurby. If was to write any more about this house and the stories I would be here for days. I hope they never rent that house out, and like I said it's a good thing inanimate objects live there.

I live in the dorms at tsjc and I've nights where I've heard footsteps outside my door at about 4 in the morning... No one is awake or moving around... The worst part about it is there are shadows but no bodies attached to the shadows.
