On I84 east of Boise a few miles out of town about 1990 or so I was driving around 3 am and a man, long blond hair, thin ran across the road at a very fast sprint. As I passed by I saw he had not slowed down and was going across to the other side of the road.
Several other drivers saw this. I stopped at the first road side rest area and called police to report a possible wreck. As did the other people who saw this. The 911 lady said not to worry as

it was only a ghost.
They got calls all the time about this. Does any one have info on this? This report date is may 09 2013. You guys grow great potatoes.

While doing work at the old Idaho Penn. I was cleaning out one of the cells on the 3rd floor of cell house 4. One of my friends had taken a pic of me ''behind bars''. But when the pic was taken I felt a hand touch my back...
But I was alone in the cell! I then told the head worker of the prison of what happened. I told him what cell it was and he told me that it belonged to an inmate that dove off the rail head first and killed himself.
