I lived in a house on 8th and Burton Ave that was very haunted. The stairs leading to the 2-room basement were made of grey concrete, and the entire basement was concrete. It also had a bathroom and a large walk-in shower that never worked while I lived there from 1997 to 1999. Every time me and my sister fought in the room downstairs the smoke detector would come on. Next to the room our door would slam shut, and many things fell from counters and shelves downstairs.

Several pictures that were taken during birthdays and such always captured apparitions. These were near the dining room window facing the pine tree. My

mother was curling her hair in the main bedroom upstairs, and in the mirror she saw a man staring at her then disappear. The day we moved out we literally heard sobbing coming from the basement. We were so scared that we never returned for the rest for our belongings, and we will never ever go back to this day. .
