Last summer I went to visit my mother who lives in Emmett. When I had arrived at her house I had a very uneasy feeling. If felt like there was someone there with us. Like we weren't alone. Of course I didn't feel comfortable living in the house but I didn't want my mother to live alone.
So I stayed with her. After a few days passed the noises and occurrences started. I was sitting in my bedroom reading a book when I heard a child crying. I figured it was maybe just a neighbor so I just ignored it.

Until the cries got louder and sounded like they were closer. I had gone into the bedroom to see what it was and there was absolutely nothing. My mother had gone to sleep so it was just me. I went to check on her when I heard the crying again.

So I went outside to see if there was someone out there. Again nothing. I stayed out and listened for a little bit to make sure I didn't miss anything. It started to rain lightly so I started walking towards the door.
I tried opening it but it wouldn't open. That's when I heard my mother scream. I Started banging and pounding on the door. I called the police and they broke open the door. When we searched the house we found that my mother was still sleeping.
My mother had no memory of this event. The one thing that boggles my mind is that when I had left the house the door was unlocked and left wide open. But when I turned to go back inside it was locked.
