About 10 miles southwest of Grace there is an old Victorian-type house on the banks of the Bear River. No one has lived there for 20 years and there is no power to the house, but on most nights you can drive by and there will be a light on in the front downstairs window.
The light even changes color sometimes.

Sometimes I hear sounds in my attic like footsteps and a man's voice. When I go up there no one is there. It scares me. Any ideas.
