Does anyone have any information about Willow the witch haunting Indian creek or the myths about 4th Street? This includes the old 4th Street gym and the street where a shadowy man is said to walk. I need the exact location of the street he walks on as well as any other information you have.

I lived at a house off stibite when we first moved in everything seemed fine. It was about a month into it that we started experiencing weird things. Sounds when I was the only one home. Sounded like it was coming from inside the walls.
Things continued to escalate until I felt like there was something constantly watching me and my family. One night I woke to my 2 year old little brother screaming. Me and my parents ran up to see him covered in scratches crying in fear.
