Our family and friends have visited Lava for years. It's rich in organic history. During one occasion in November we stayed at an inn. There was a lunar eclipse that evening; the night was quite cold.
While in my room changing for a soak and to watch the eclipse poolside someone knocked on the door. Being half undressed I asked who was there. Through the door a young woman asked if I needed extra blankets before the staff left for the night.

thought it best to grab one then. I said yes and to please wait a second while I threw on a robe. When I opened the door to retrieve the blanket no one

was there. At first I thought she might not have heard me through the door (it was made of solid wood).
Thinking nothing of it I closed the door and finished getting ready for a soak. After dressing I left my room and went to the front desk. An older gentleman at the desk was there to greet me. After I explained the situation he softly smiled.
He said I must be a friend of the inn's favorite ghost; a young girl who stops at the rooms of those
