My family and I used live in an apartment complex on El Rancho Street about ten years ago. It was a low income place. When we first moved in I had no idea about the things we were about to encounter. We really never told anyone, just family members. When we first started moving in we were carrying the couch in, and the kids were outside playing. there was nothing there. I just forgot about it. Then a couple of weeks later I was taking a nap after work, and I heard the water running in the bathroom;

it woke me up. I thought the kids were in the bathroom. I yelled ''OK, that is enough water. '' I got up to see who was in the bathroom. I always had the door open. This time the door was closed. I opened the door; the light was off and the curtain closed. The bathtub was running cold water. I yelled down the stairs and asked who was taking a bath. My husband said they were all downstairs watching TV. Nobody had been upstairs because I was napping.
