It was around the late 1990's. I was about 7 or so and my mom would tuck me in every night. She left and was going to come back to tuck me in. I was staring out my window because I saw a man about 25 feet away.
He was about 5''10 or so was wearing blue work jeans a brown car-hart jacket a blue baseball cap and some boots. He had his thumbs in his pockets and was looking from left to right as if he was scoping out the house.
He slowly looked from end

to end and as he crossed my window he stopped. Stared at me directly into my eyes. He stared into my eyes for about 10 seconds until my mom walked into

my room to tuck me in.
I told her to look and he all of the sudden turns around while running kind of slowly started to fade away slowly continued through an electric fence and disappeared. I am still curious to this day who he was.
